Looks abandoned, frightening, out of Star Wars, chain link fence surrounding, actually fairly new and for sale, look at stairs and handrails for scale, called a bucket wheel excavator, can be seen for miles atop a hill, title is from sign on lower left door, refers to electrical safety procedures, actually small for its type, a product of Thyssen-Krupp in Germany
